Print demanding materials like a pro – often entirely without glue sticks, hairspray or other adhesion promoters.

The IDE G10 Build Plate is designed so that many technical filaments adhere reliably directly to the clean surface.

ABS, ASA, PC and PA usually adhere directly to the clean plate without additional adhesives. Usually, it is sufficient to thoroughly clean the surface before printing.

Our G10 print plates are precisely CNC-milled and permanently applied to a flexible spring steel plate – fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Simply place it, start leveling, and print!

Due to the increased stiffness of the G10 surface, the risk of warping is significantly reduced – especially with technical filaments such as ABS, ASA or Nylon. At the same time, the material is extremely robust, durable and virtually wear-free – perfect for demanding applications.

The surface is smooth with a nanotexture and can be lightly sanded or satinized if desired to individually adjust adhesion as needed.

Elegoo Centauri Carbon and Centauri Carbon 2 – attached to the print bed magnetically, as usual, due to the flexible spring steel format.
