IDE G10 Build Plate – fully assembled on spring steel plate for the Snapmaker U1

Print demanding materials like a pro – often without glue sticks, hairspray, or other adhesion promoters.

The IDE G10 Build Plate is designed so that many technical filaments adhere reliably directly to the clean surface.

ABS, ASA, PC, and PA typically adhere directly to the clean plate without additional adhesion promoters. Usually, it is sufficient to thoroughly clean the surface before printing.

Our G10 print plates are precisely CNC-milled and permanently applied to a flexible spring steel plate – fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Simply place it on, start leveling, and print!

Due to the increased rigidity of the G10 surface, the risk of warping is significantly reduced – especially with technical filaments such as ABS, ASA, or Nylon. At the same time, the material is extremely robust, durable, and virtually wear-free – perfect for demanding applications.

The surface is smooth with a nanotexture and can be lightly sanded or satin-finished if desired to individually adjust adhesion as needed.

Snapmaker U1 – attached magnetically to the print bed as usual due to the flexible spring steel format.
