IDE MK8 Nozzles with INC coating

Nozzle contamination is a major problem in 3D printing. Both internal deposits on the nozzle and external incrustations have a negative impact. In addition to their high precision, our nozzles also feature a special non-stick coating that effectively and reliably prevents these deposits. This eliminates the need for constant cleaning, and their service life is many times longer than with conventional nozzles.

INC non-stick coating:

• Reduces extrusion force
• Reduces the risk of deposits both inside and outside
• High coating hardness of 45-50Rc for a long service life
• Reduces the "curling" of the plastic during extrusion
