- Precisely CNC milled for perfect fit and flatness - thus perfect first layers are achievable (see image 2)
- Heat-treated cast aluminum ensures that the plate does not warp when heated, unlike the original part
- 5mm plate thickness for more even heat distribution
- 1:1 exact fit - all holes and threads are identical to the original part
- Extremely easy installation: The plate is self-adhesive and is glued to the aluminum PCB heater in place of the original magnetic mat. Simply remove the magnetic mat, stick on the cast aluminum plate, and you're done.
- High-temperature-resistant neodymium magnets are embedded in the plate, so a magnetic mat is no longer required and any unevenness caused by the magnetic mat is eliminated.
